The Mediator Education Program formerly at Munn Conflict Resolution Services has moved to Bignucolo Conflict Resolution.
Kathryn has passed the torch to Alexandra Bignucolo, a very capable mediator and instructor who will continue to inspire mediator education.
The Mediator Education Program evolved from the needs of Kathryn’s clients, starting with the basic 40-hour course, Fundamentals of Mediation back in 2001.
The program has evolved a lot since then. Two more courses were added: Mediation Beyond the Basics and Advanced Mediation bringing the full program to a total of 82 hours.
Our hands-on program helps you build critical communication skills to encourage participation and resolve conflict. Being able to resolve potentially explosive or volatile situations, and develop innovative resolutions to conflict are skills that you can apply in many workplace environments.
Because it’s live streamed you save on travel and avoid disease risks. The course is taught in an interactive, small group environment with a focus on practical skills. No pre-requisite courses are needed.
Kathryn opened Munn Conflict Resolution Services in 1996 and since then has specialized in the prevention, management, and resolution of conflict. Building on her previous years of experience in law practice she provided mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and training services from a base in London, Ontario. Kathryn’s plan is to move on to new challenges by the end of 2023.
For the fall of 2023 Kathryn will continue as Lead Instructor for the Mediator Education Program, working with Alexandra.
